What is available?
1) Toolbox

Currently we release DoDTI as p-code form though we intend to distribute as much of DoDTI as possible in source code form so that other users may have access to the "internals" of DoDTI. Distributing source code greatly increases risks of intellectual property theft and thus some of our users or contributors may not want certain modules distributed in source code form. We also need more time to evaluate and  pack up DoDTI before release in source code form.

To get toolbox, see above "how to get toolbox".

2) Sample data

Sample DVTK file acquired Philips 1.5T Intera and an example of Corpus callosum ROI.

sample.zip in zip format (8.6M)
sample.tar.gz in tar format (8.6M)

 Acquisition protocol:
1.5-T system (Intera; Philips Medical Systems, Best, the Netherlands) with synergy-L sensitivity encoding (SENSE) head coil. Diffusion weighted image: single-shot spin echo - echo planar imaging (EPI)

TR = 6599-8280 ms, TE = 70 ms, SENSE factor = 2, number of acquisitions = 2, FOV, 22 cm; matrix, 128; slice thickness, 2.3 mm; b = 600 s/mm2 with 32 directions

A BRIEF USAGE with sample data

1. unzip files.

2. Run DoDTI in matlab.

3. Select DVTK file (sample_d.vtk) by clicking 'DTI file' button

4. Click 'Start Tracking'

5. Click 'ExtractTracts'

6. Click 'Visualize' with optition 'Total'

Play with options

7. Click 'ROI1' and select 'sample_cc.img'

8. Click 'Extract FOI'

9. Click 'FOI' and click 'Visualize'

10. Click 'VisualizeROI'

Play with options....

3) Manulas ?

We provide a brief manual currently but will continue to make better manual.
